Pathfinder Career Consulting is a CARF-accredited vocational rehabilitation provider for Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) and currently serves the following counties in person: Portage, Wayne, and Holmes.

We offer these individualized OOD services to help teens and adults of every ability explore, achieve, and maintain meaningful employment in their community:

Agency admission is open to referrals from Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) for individuals living in Portage, Wayne, Holmes, and Medina counties. Some services may be available remotely.

• Once your referral and authorization for services are received, you will be matched to a career navigator based on your preferences, location, service requested, and caseload availability. 
• Pathfinder Career Consulting is unable to support individuals who require behavior interventions. If it is learned at any point that you are on a formal behavior support plan, a copy of your plan will be requested and reviewed to determine your level of needs and whether you can best be served by our agency.
• If you are self referred or referred by an agency other than OOD, you will be provided with contact information to apply for services.
• If there is a waiting list, we will tell you promptly of any potential delays and the service timeframe. Services will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis with the opportunity to change providers given as an option.  If a job opportunity becomes available that is a match for you, you may receive priority services during this time.
