Marianne is an ardent champion for people of all abilities and has devoted her career to helping teens and adults explore and achieve employment that matches their unique skills, knowledge, and abilities. Prior to founding Pathfinder Career Consulting in 2018, Marianne managed community employment programs for United Disability Services and Benchmark Human Services (formerly Anthony Wayne Services). Areas of expertise include career coaching, disability advocacy, and self employment. Marianne is a Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP), and Kent State University alumna with a B.A. in communication studies and a writing minor. Marianne is an active member of the Portage County SHRM chapter.

With a career spanning the field of human services, Cheryl landed her first job in residential services for people with developmental disabilities after graduating from Ashland College with a B.S. in human development and family services. Highly intuitive, perceptive, and altruistic, she has flourished in a variety of roles, including management, entrepreneurship, teaching, and coaching. Cheryl has always been passionate about helping others overcome obstacles and improve their lives. She sees her role as a senior career consultant as the perfect match for her skills and personality and continues to delight in providing enthusiastic and person-centered support to everyone she serves. Cheryl was one of the initial recipients of the CESP credential and has furthered her education with graduate-level courses in autism spectrum disorders.

With almost 20 years of social service expertise, Giselle thoroughly enjoys coaching and tutoring clients of all abilities to help them reach their vocational goals. She excels at providing individualized work incentives counseling to Social Security Administration beneficiaries throughout Ohio. Giselle is credentialed as a work incentives practitioner and CESP with an MBA in marketing and a B.A. in communications.
