Pathfinder Career Consulting is a CARF-accredited vocational rehabilitation provider for Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) and currently serves the following counties: Portage, Wayne, Holmes and Ashland.

OOD Counselor
Admission Policy
- Agency admission is open to referrals from Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) for individuals in Portage, Wayne, Holmes, and Ashland counties.
- Once your referral and authorization for services are received, you will be matched to a career navigator based on your preferences, location, service requested and caseload availability.
- Pathfinder Career Consulting is unable to work with individuals who require behavior interventions. If it is learned at any point that you are on a formal Behavior Support Plan, a copy of your plan will be requested and reviewed to determine your level of needs and whether you can best be served by our agency.
- If you are self-referred or referred by an agency other than OOD, you will be provided with contact information to apply for services.
- If there is a waiting list, we will tell you right away of any potential delays and the service timeframe. Services will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis, with the opportunity to change providers given as an option. If a job opportunity becomes available that is a match for you, you may receive priority services during this time.
